THE DAY HAS FINALLY COME when the last of Google's debut Android phone, the Nexus One has finally ceased to be sold directly from Google.  Google cautioned users earlier in the month that after it had sold through its remaining stock of HTC Nexus Ones the handset would no longer be available — unlocked — directly from Google.
