BARNES AND NOBLE HAS JOINED Amazon in releasing their Nook eReader for the Android platform. Their Android app just launched in the Android Marketplace, and is available for Android OS 1.6 + devices.  Barnes and Noble also offers a PC client as well as an iPhone app.
