US PHONE CARRIER T-MOBILE, the last major carrier to launch a 3G network in the U.S., is set to deploy one of the fastest 3G nationwide network to date. It has long been known that T-Mobile was planning on completing the launch of 7.2Mbps speeds in some cities by the end of 2009, but details have leaked out that their HSPA+ network is going live just months later. The network upgrade, which is slated for mid-2010 in a number of U.S. markets will have data speeds of up to 21Mbps. |
